This article will guide you through the recommended steps if a client is not showing sessions credits while making a booking.
When attempting to make a booking for a client, the number of session credits is not displaying next to their name.
1. Check Client Profile
Search and locate the client's profile > BOOKINGS. Confirm they have available session credits.
2. Check Service/Class Settings
The system will need to be setup to where the client cannot book without session credits within the specific class or service. Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Services and/or Classes/Groups. Click the edit pencil next to the specific service/class > Class Credits Required? set to Yes.
The sessions credits will now display next to the client's name when making the booking.
