This article will show you how to reschedule a class booking. Using the re-book tab will not cause a loss of a customer's session credit, even if the reschedule is done outside your club's cancel policy. If you do want your client to lose their session credit, you will have to cancel the booking first, and then book a new class.
1. Reschedule Through Client Profile
Navigate to Member or Prospect Lookup > select the account > Bookings > Open Bookings > Booking ID number > Re-Book > Select the New Class > Option to Email or Text the Client > Reschedule > select Ok to Confirm.
2. Reschedule Through The Bookings Tab
You can also reschedule a booking from the Bookings Tab, using the Daylist, Gridview, or Classes.
Navigate to Bookings > Daylist (or other class viewing option) > Locate the Class > Select the Client > Re-Book > Select the New Class > Option to Email or Text the Client > Reschedule > select Ok to Confirm.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Customer Management : Credits & Bookings - Can view customer booking & session credit status
- Scheduling - Can access scheduling
- Scheduling - Can make class bookings
