This article will guide you on how to setup services and classes to not require session credits. Also, how your employees can make bookings without session credits.
Service / Class Settings
1. Services
To setup your Services to not require session credits, go to Setup > Scheduling > Services.
Click on the edit pencil next to the service you want to adjust. From the Service Settings tab, click No for Must Have Session Credits To Book?. To save your changes, click Update Settings.
2. Classes
To setup your Classes to not require session credits, go to Setup > Scheduling > Classes / Group. Click on the edit pencil next to the class you want to adjust. From the Booking Settings tab, click No for Class Credits Required?
If selected Yes for Class Credits, you can also select if Certain Membership Types Don't Need Class Credits? or Members With Certain Amenities Don't Need Class Credits?. When selecting Yes, all of your available Membership Types and/or Amenities will display for you to select. To save your changes, click Update Class Booking Settings.
Making A Booking
To make a Class Booking, navigate to Bookings > Classes.
Select the class you want to make a booking in. Click Add A New Class Booking. Search for the customer. In the booking confirmation screen, a note will be added stating the customer has no available paid credits for this class. Proceed to Make The Class Booking.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup - Can access setup
- Club Setup - Can access services setup, Can access classes / group setup
- Scheduling - Can access scheduling
- Scheduling - Can make bookings without session credits
