This article will guide you through locating details about the session credits that are tied to a user's agreement invoice.
1. Locate Agreement Invoice
Search and select the desired customer > click the Agreements tab on the main screen. Click on the Full Details button.
2. Search Invoice & View Booking Details
From the Invoices tab, locate the invoice that you wish to view session credits they received and their current status. Click on the Bookings button.
A pop up window will display:
- Completed Bookings
- Future Bookings
- Unused Credits
