This article will guide you through canceling a booking from the clients account.
Access Bookings Screen
To get to a customer's bookings and session credit status, select the Bookings option from their summary page.
Click on Open Bookings, then select the blue booking id number link for the booking you are wanting to cancel.
Access Cancellation Screen
The booking number link will access the client's booking detail screen.
From the booking detail popup, click the Cancel Tab.
You will have two options for the cancel status of this booking; Customer Cancellation (client looses credit) or Not Customers Fault (client retains credit).
Customer Notification - Select the method you wish to notify the client of the cancellation.
Optional Internal Note - Enter a note about the cancellation if desired.
To complete your change click the Cancel Booking button.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Scheduling: can cancel bookings - customer cancellation
- Scheduling: can cancel bookings - not customer's fault
