This article will assist you with steps on how to View Session Credit Status: Open Bookings, Lost, Cancelled Ok and Completed.
Search and select the desired client. Click on the Bookings button to access the booking options for this client.
Session Credits - Pre-paid sessions that do not have any booking tied to them. If these paid sessions have an expiration date then they will be lost after that date if they remain unused. On this tab you can also: view session credit add/delete history, export full session/booking event history, and manually add session credits.
Open Bookings - Bookings not yet completed, or bookings in the past that have not yet been logged to determine their status.
Cancelled Ok - Bookings that were cancelled (or rescheduled) with no loss to the customer at the time of cancellation.
Lost - Paid sessions that were lost due to either the session expiring before it was used, being cancelled outside the allowed cancellation policy, or the customer not showing up for the session.
Completed - Sessions that have been successfully completed. Session credits will be used in the following order; free credits, credits with no expiration date, then in order of expiration.
NOTE:
- If the expiration date applies to the date the booking was made, this would mean the booking has to be made before the session credit expires.
- If the expiration date applies to when the booking occurs, the session itself would have to occur before the session credit expires.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Customer Management : General: Can access client options
- Customer Management : Credits & Bookings: Can view customer booking & session credit status
