This article will explain the waitlist feature.
View Waitlist Bookings on User's Profile
Navigate to Client Account > Bookings. Select the Waitlist tab.
When a client books into a waitlist, the booking will always remain on the Waitlist tab.
If they are moved into the class, the booking will show in green and read "Booked" on the Waitlist tab and will also show on the Open Bookings Tab. After being marked as a show, it will appear in both the customer's Waitlist and Completed tab.
- Any waitlist booking that is not moved into the class will show in grey and will read “Not Booked.”
- Any waitlist booking that is cancelled, will show in red and read “Deleted.” These cancelled bookings will then also show on either the Cancelled OK or Lost tab, Depending on when they were cancelled, these cancelled bookings will either show on the Cancelled OK or Lost tab.
For Waitlist bookings made with Session credits
While on the waitlist, on the Session Credits Tab, the session credit will read underneath it that it is tied to a waitlist booking.
If a waitlist booking is cancelled, or the booking date passes and the client is not moved into the class, the session credit is automatically released and the client will be able to use it for a different booking.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Customer Management : General: Can access client options
- Customer Management : Credits & Bookings: Can view customer booking & session credit status
