Club staff can now access Corporate level business automation rules details in the same area where standard automation rules are found. While these rules are view-only and cannot be edited at the club level, staff can review all rule details to better understand what each rule does and why it may fire.
Navigate to Setup > Automation > Automation Rules. Search for the Corporate automation rule you wish to view and select the edit pencil.
Once selected, it will display the rule details:
- Who will this rule act on: Based on Corporate selection, this will let you know who this rule will act on.
- Add What Must Be True (or add a trigger event below): Triggers are evaluated in real-time based on what "event" is selected. Once this is met then the action will take place.
- Add an optional trigger event to fire the rule (or conditions above run the rule daily): This will run real time based on what is selected.
- Choose what things happen for the membership leads that match above: This will be the action that takes place, based on the condition or trigger selected above.
