Q: How do Automation Rules work?
A: Automation Rules work off of conditions and actions. If certain conditions are met, such as "client not showing up for a booking", then a particular action will occur. The action could be an invoice dropping, or a certain email or SMS being sent. To view all the options that we have for conditions and actions, navigate to Setup > Automation > Automation Rules. There you can see all the conditions that need to be met, since several can be set. And what actions will occur once those specific conditions are met.
Q: Can I see at what point an automation rule was turned off?
A: We do not have the option to view when and who has turned off/disabled an automation rule.
Q: Can I adjust the time automated SMS are sent?
A: We cannot adjust the time since these some could be based on a trigger (depending on your settings) and others are daily.
Q: When do automated SMS go out?
A: SMS automation times are 8am-8pm EST.
