This article will walk you through the steps on how to enable or disable an Automation Rule for your studio.

1. Access Automation Rules: Navigate to Setup > Automation > Automation Rules. From this view, you can search for the rule you wish to enable or disable by using your Rule Folders or typing the name of the rule using the search tool.
2. Enable or Disable the Automation Rule
- Option One - Adjusting Club Level Automation Rules: Automation Rules created at the club level can be adjusted by staff with the proper permissions. Use the toggle On/Off to enable or disable.

Option Two - Adjusting Corporate Level Automation Rules: If allowed by the Corporate Level, clubs can Override chain rule's disabled property at store? by using the On/Off toggle. Then proceed to using the Automation Rule On/Off toggle to enable or disable the rule. (*The Corporate Level will first need to set 'Store can override disabled?' to ON, and **then the setting will be available at the location level.)
- If set to ON, the Store level (location) can override the Chain's Level (corporate) rule on said automation condition.
- If set to OFF, the Store level (location) is beholden to the Chain level (corporate) rule on said automation condition.
