This article will guide you through understanding the Third Party Log report options.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- This report EXCLUDES clients that have chargebacks.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Third Party Log.
You will first select a custom date range by using the calendars provided, or choose a preset date range from the options on the right.
2. Understanding Your Report
Third Party Log Tab
Choose a filter that best suits the information you would like to obtain:
All Placed Into Third Party - all accounts, no limits, that were placed into third party status.
Third Party Settled - was placed into third party status but the agreement has been marked as settled. The agreement is still not active but is now considered to be paid per the settlement amount.
Removed From Third Party-No Settlement - was placed into third party status but has since been removed with no settlement. This agreement became active and the customer has made a payment toward the balance or paid the entire balance. This could also mean the customer is back on auto-renew or on track to fulfill their term.
Only Evergreen Past Due - only where an evergreen agreement was placed into third party status.
Has Term Invoices Past Due - is under a contract term, not auto-renew, and was placed into third party status.
The online report will display the following details: Third Party Date, First Name, Last Name, User ID, DOB, Address, City, State, Zip, Email, Cell Phone, Home Phone, Work Phone, Current Balance, Agreement Date, Agreement ID, Agreement, Last Payment, Date Past Due, Third Party Past Due, Contract End Date, Contract Details and Package Name.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
All Current Third Party Tab
The All Current Third Party tab will show all clients currently in the Third Party status. To export this to excel, click the Excel Export Only box.
The All Current Third Party option will provide an excel spreadsheet of all agreements in third party collections. This will contain the member's contact and payment information, as well as their contract details.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting - Can access sales: third party collections
