This article will guide you in generating and understanding the Product Sales Report.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Product Sales.
You will first select a custom date range by using the calendars provided, or chose a preset date range from the options on the right. Click Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
Products Sold By Division
The online report will contain the following information for the Products Sold By Division tab:
Division Name - This is the name for the chain's division.
District Name - This is the name for the chain's district.
Location Name - This is your club's location name.
# Unique Products - This will display the total of unique products were sold.
$ Purchase Amount - This will display the total amount for products sold.
Click the plus (+) sign on the left side of the report to view more details.
Selecting the next page will take you to the next section.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Products Sold By Location
The online report will contain the following information for the Products Sold By Location tab:
Product Name - Name or description of the product.
Price - Dollar amount of the product.
# Purchased - This will display the number of items per transaction were purchased.
Total $ for Product - This will display the total amount for the purchase.
Selecting the next page will take you to the next section.
Detail
The online report will contain the following information for the Detail tab:
Date - Date in which the product was paid
Time - Time the payment was taken
Product - Name or description of the product.
User Id - User ID of the member, if the transaction is tied to a member
Barcode - Barcode of the member, if the transaction is tied to a member
Last Name - First name of the member, if the transaction is tied to a member
First Name - Last name of the member, if the transaction is tied to a member
Membership Type - Membership type tied to the member
Price - Dollar amount of the product
+ Sales Tax - Sales tax of the product
CR: Credit Card - Payment was made with a credit card through ClubReady
CR: Bank ACH - Payment was made with a bank account
Ext Terminal - Payment was made via an external terminal
Check - Payment was made with a written check
Cash - Payment was made with cash
Ran By - Name of the staff member who ran the sale
POS Terminal - Which point of sale terminal the transaction was rung up on
Notes - Notes associated with this sale
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting - Can access sales: Product Sales
