This article will guide you through generating and understanding the Pending Refunds Report in ClubReady.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Access Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Pending Refunds.
Click Run Report to view details.
2. Understanding Your Report
The following information will display:
First Name - Member's First Name
Last Name - Member's Last Name
User ID - Member's ClubReady User ID
Payment ID - Member's ClubReady Payment ID
Refund ID - Member's ClubReady Refund ID
Payment Method - Type of payment member used
Payment Date - Date the original payment was made
Paid Days Ago - How many days since the original payment was made
Refund Date - Date the refund was completed
Refunded Days Ago - How many days since the refund was made
Refund Amount - Amount of refund
Reconciled - This will display Yes / No if the refund was reconciled
Club Accrual Balance - Club's current negative accrual
Decline Status - Current decline status
Decline Response Text - Message received on why the decline happened
NOTE: ACH payments have a 6 day waiting period before a refund can be issued. Since ACH transactions can normally take 3-5 business days to post on an account. ClubReady will not want a transaction to go through and then refund before it's been settled.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting: Can access Sales: Pending Refunds
