The Promotion Codes Report provides real-time insights into how each promotion code is performing, including details about participating customers and agreements sold. This report allows authorized users to view, filter, and export data for up to ten years from the current date, giving a comprehensive overview of your promotional activity over time.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.

Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting - Can access reports
- Reporting - Can access Sales: Promotion Codes
Access Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Promotion Codes.
Filter Definitions
All Promotions: The option to filter to a specific promotion code.
Include Cancelled Agreements: The option to remove customers who have cancelled their agreement.
Include Promotion Codes Without Sales: This option allows for the inclusion of all promotion codes configured for the club or chain.
Report Definitions
Promotion Name: The name of the package discount.
Promo Config At: Indicates whether the promotion code is set up at the club level or the chain level.
Code: The promotion code.
Start Date: The promotion code's available start date.
End Date: The promotion code's available until date.
# Agreements Sold: The total number of agreements sold using the promotion code.
Click on the "-" to see the details of the promotion code:
Agreement ID: The customer's agreement unique ID number.
Agreed Date: The customer's agreement start date.
Cancelled: The customer's agreement end date.
Member Name: The customer's first and last name.
Package Name: The name of the package that the customer purchased.
