Late Fees Report
This article will guide you in generating and understanding the Late Fees Report.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Late Fees.
You will first select a custom date range by using the calendars provided, or chose a preset date range from the options on the right. Choose if you want to Include Deleted Invoices and/or view the Excel Export Only. Click Run Report.

2. Understanding Your Report
The online report will contain the following information: Late Fees Generated - This is the amount of late fees invoices that have been created for the date range selected. Late Fees Paid - This is the amount of late fees invoices that have been paid by the customer for the date range selected.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.

Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting - Can access sales: late fees
