ClubReady cannot control if emails bounce, this is controlled by the email provider blocking emails from our system (Gmail, Yahoo, etc). A bounced email is a code that is sent from the email provider to our system, you may be able to send emails outside of ClubReady but if you are sending through ClubReady and they are being bounced, that means that the systems emails have been flagged by their email provider and they will need to contact them to find out why. This sometimes happens when a email provider does a security update and if our system emails don't fall within the parameters it could be flagged as spam and bounce the email back.
