If weird characters are showing up when sending an email template, it is most likely because the information set within the Editor section of the email template is copied over from a Word document.
Our suggestion is to copy the information from the Word document and paste it on Notepad. Then copy the information from Notepad to the Editor section of the email template.
We also suggest adding the information directly into the ClubReady email template, but copying information outside of ClubReady will work if the above method is used.
