This article will guide you through troubleshooting when Reports are not sending to your email address.
1. Internal Reports
If Internal Reports are no longer sending to your email address, navigate to Setup > Communication > Internal Reports.
From here, click Manage The Distribution List next to the Internal Report that you are wanting to receive.
If you notice that your email address is not within the Distribution List, enter your email into the staff email address box and click Add A New Email.
2. Billing Related Emails
If you are not receiving any billing related emails from ClubReady, navigate to Setup > ClubReady Invoices > Payment Preferences. From here, enter in the email address that you want to start sending these emails to. If you would like to include multiple addresses, you will be able to do so by entering a comma then a space in between the addresses.
NOTE: If your email address is within the system and you are still not receiving the report, navigate to your email's Junk / Spam folder, as these emails will send to these folders in some cases.
If your email address is entered in either of these locations and the email was not within the Spam or Junk folder, please contact ClubReady Support via LiveChat or by submitting a ticket to Support@ClubReady.com for further assistance.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access internal reports setup
