This article will guide you through resolving login errors that occur when a member attempts to use their personal email address to access their ClubReady profile.
1. Email vs. Username Field: Members can use their personal email address to log in and access their ClubReady profile on the mobile app. However, the system may have automatically assigned a username to their account, which can cause confusion and prevent the member from logging in if they are unaware of it.
2. Update the Username to the Member's Email: To avoid login errors or booking issues, update the member's username to their personal email address:
Navigate to the member's account and click the PROFILE icon.
Scroll to the Online Site Details section near the bottom of the page and update the Login User Name field to the member's email address. Click Click To Update to save the change.
3. Email Address Already in Use Usernames can only be used once across all ClubReady locations. If the member's email address is already taken, try one of the following:
- Use a different email address as the login username.
- Make a small modification to the email address, such as adding a special character at the end (for example: customer1234$$@gmail.com).
Note: For guidance on why a username may already be in use, refer to Error Message: Username is Taken.
