1. Email versus Username Field
Clients can use their personal email to login and access their ClubReady profile on the mobile app, but at times the system has already populated a username for them to use. This may cause confusion and not allow the customer to login if they are unaware of their credentials.
2. Change the System Provided Username
To avoid errors or having the member not be able to make a booking, we suggest changing the username in their ClubReady profile to include their personal email instead.
Search and locate the member's account > click the PROFILE icon.
Scroll towards the end of the page to locate their Online Site Details. You can now adjust their Login User Name to display their email address for them to use as their login credential.
3. Email Already In Use?
Usernames can only be used once across all franchises but certain third party apps require an email when logging in. If the client wants to use their email and it shows as taken, we suggest to use a different email address for the login username or to edit the email slightly (add a special character to the end, i.e. - customer1234$$@gmail.com).
