This article will walk you through the steps on how to locate a client's login information, such as login expiration date and login credentials.
1. Access Login Details
Navigate to the client's account > All Detail > General.
2. Viewing Login Details
You can choose to Edit Their Profile (to adjust username/password or login expiration date) or Email Their Login & Reset Password (send them the option to create a new password).
NOTES:
- For security purposes you will not be able to view the current password on the client's edit profile, but you can adjust it if need be.
- The email to reset their login and password will not work unless the system email is turned ON under Setup > Communication > System Emails.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Member Management : General - Can access member options
- Member Management : General - Can edit member profiles
