This article will walk you through generating and understanding the Session Credits Report.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Access Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Credits/Bookings > Session Credits.
2. Understanding Your Report
a. Available Tab
This report shows all currently unused session credit counts and their underlying original booked sales totals by individual session type. This report includes any sessions that are flagged as sales consults.
Optional Cut-off Date - If a date is entered then only sessions from sales made before this cut-off date will be included.
Exclude Credit Types with Zero Sessions Available - Select the checkbox if you do not want to include credit types with zero sessions available.
b. Expiring Tab
This report shows your currently available session expiration profile by session credit type - i.e. if no more sessions were consumed or sold how many would expire each month over the next selected number of months, and what is the original sales value of those sessions.
Months - The number of months selected will determine future month range of expiring credits.
Include Sessions Not Yet Logged - You may choose to include the sessions that have not yet been logged as completed to determine their status as show or no show.
Exclude Sessions That Never Expire - Choose if you do not want to include sessions that have no expiration date.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
