Managing session credit sharing effectively ensures a smooth experience for customers on ClubReady. The Session Credit Sharing Report offers detailed insights into credit ownership, sharing, and usage across customer profiles. Enhanced filters and detailed data simplify tracking and accountability between credit owners and recipients.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- Requirements: A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports
- Reporting: Can access Session Sharing report
- To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
The Session Credit Sharing report is located under the Reports tab and within the Credits/Booking section.
Filter Description
Owner User ID (Optional): The ability to filter your results by a specific session credit owner using their profile ID.
Shared With User ID (Optional): The option to filter your results based on a specific session credit recipient using their profile ID.
Users With Available Credits Only: The option to filter and display only customers with available, unused session credit(s).
Report Description
Owner User ID: The ClubReady profile ID number associated with the customer who originally possessed the session credit(s).
Owner First Name: The first name of the customer who initially possessed the session credit(s).
Owner Last Name: The last name of the customer who originally had the session credit(s).
Owner Number of Active Agreements: The profile status of the customer who originally had the session credit.
Customer Status: The status of the session credit owner's ClubReady profile, which may be Prospect, Member, or Inactive Member.
Available Credits: The total number of available session credits eligible for sharing.
Shared With User ID: The ClubReady profile ID number associated with the customer who received the session credit(s).
Shared with First Name: The first name of the customer who received the session credit(s).
Shared With Last Name: The last name of the customer who received the session credit(s).
Shared With Member Status: The status of the session credit recipient ClubReady profile, which may be Prospect, Member, or Inactive Member.
