Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following before getting started:

- Prospect Management - Can Access Prospects
- Member Management: General - Can Access Member Options
- Member Management: Credits & Bookings - Can Edit Customer Session Credit Sharing
- Session credit sharing is not available for members who do not receive session credits, such as unlimited members. In these cases, associating the members is the recommended alternative.
How to Set Up Session Credit Sharing
1. Access the Client's All Detail Page: Search for and select the desired client. Click the ALL DETAIL button.

2. Navigate to Session Credit Sharing: Go to Bookings > Session Credit Sharing.

3. Link the Clients: From the Session Credit Sharing screen, locate the client you want to share credits with using one of the following methods:
- Search — Type and select the desired client from the search field on the left side of the screen.
- Same Last Name — If a client with the same last name exists in the system, they will appear on the right side of the screen. Click Tie next to the correct client.
Once selected, the client's name will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming they will be able to share this client's purchased session credits going forward.

Viewing Session Credit Sharing
Once session credit sharing has been set up, it will be visible on the All Detail page for easy reference. Click the client's name displayed in blue to jump directly to the account whose credits are being shared.

From the client's bookings and credits page, staff can see the full details of what is being shared and who holds the original credit. Click on the name to be taken to that client's All Detail page.
