This article will walk you through the steps needed if session credit sharing is not working properly.
1. Confirm Session Credit Sharing is Setup
First, verify the accounts are linked to share session credits.
Search and select the desired user. Click the ALL DETAIL button to continue.
Go to Bookings > Session Credit Sharing.
2. Session Credit Sharing Need to be Setup in the Correct Profile
This functionality needs to be added from the "primary" account (the user who purchased the agreements and has the session credits available).
3. Session Credits are Available
Confirm the main profile has available session credits. For members who do not receive session credits (such as an "unlimited member"), this option will not be available. In these cases, it is recommended to associate the members.
