This article will guide you through assisting clients in sharing their schedule with others. Schedule sharing can be performed either by staff or by customers.
Staff Instructions
1. Access Customer Profile
Search and select the desired member. Click the ALL DETAIL icon.
2. Access Schedule Sharing Visibility
Click the Bookings tab then select the link for Schedule Sharing Visibility.
3. Add Clients to Schedule Sharing
Start typing in the first or last name of the customer who you wish to share the schedule with and click the correct name.
Verify the correct name appears under People Who Can Currently View Mr Customer's Booking Schedule.
Client Instructions
The customer can also share their schedule with someone else from their client portal. All they need to do is log in to their wellness portal and click on the Bookings tab.
Click Share My Schedule.
2. Add Users to Share My Bookings Schedule
The client will need to enter the username or email address of the client they wish to share their schedule with and then click the add button. The screen will update with the clients name.
The customer who was added to schedule sharing can now log into their own client portal and view the shared schedule by clicking on the Bookings tab, then using the drop down menu to view either My Schedule or a shared schedule.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Prospect Management : Can access prospects
- Member Management : General - Can access member options
- Member Management : Credits & Bookings - Can access member schedule sharing
- Customer having a valid username, password and an expiration date that is not in the past
