Requirements
You must have a Master Admin login or a staff login with the following permissions:
- Club Setup: Can Access Setup
- Club Setup: Can Access Sales Packages Setup
Important Notes
- Bi-weekly billing is configured using a package duration of 14 Days.
- A new invoice will be generated every 14 days based on the package settings.
- Billing Day Templates are designed for monthly billing and cannot be used with bi-weekly billing.
- Installment-based packages can still be used with bi-weekly billing.
Configure Bi-Weekly Billing
Navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Packages.
Under the Settings tab, select the Package Duration field - Here you will enter 14 and choose the Days option. Click Update Settings.
An invoice will now be generated for this package every 14 days and will continue based on the package settings for Installments and Auto-Renew.
