This article will guide you through adding pricing to an amenity that you offer in your club. With amenity pricing, the cost of a membership can be increased automatically based on the amenity that was selected during agreement purchase.

Step One: Creating a New Amenity with an Associated Price
1. To create a new amenity with pricing, navigate to Setup > Members > Amenities.
Name of the New Amenity: This is the name of the amenity as you want it to appear on member's accounts.
Amenity Description: You may briefly describe what this amenity is or includes.
This amenity has an associated price: If you are making this amenity optional at write-up and would like to associate a price, select here. You will have the opportunity to set a minimum and maximum price, as well as define the tax amount.
Optional Discount Scheme: If member's with this amenity will receive a discount, please choose the discount scheme.
Booking Wait List Priority: Member's with this amenity can receive priority when on a wait list for a class.
Associated members automatically get this amenity if the responsible member has it?: You can choose if associated members also get this amenity.
Create A New Amenity: This will save your new amenity. Your new amenity will appear in the list below.
2. Adding a price to an existing amenity
To add, or adjust, pricing to an existing amenity, you will select the edit pencil next to the amenity. Once you have selected the edit pencil, you will see the options as displayed in the screen shot from Step 1.
Step Two: Making the Amenity Optional During Agreement Write Up
In order for the associated pricing to add in an agreement, you will need to make the amenity an option for that sales package. To do this, go to; Setup > Sales > Sales Packages > select the sales package> Included > Amenities Included In This Package.
NOTE: Any amenities included by default will not add an additional price to the agreement.
Step Three: Selling an Agreement with the Amenity
During Step 1 of agreement write-up, your member will choose the amenity/amenities, any additional fees will display.
The down payment displayed at the bottom of the screen will reflect the amenity amount being applied.
Step Four: Manually Removing an Amenity on a Member's Account (Optional)
Once the agreement is finalized the invoices will reflect the additional fee. If you should manually remove the amenity, any future invoices -from the point the amenity is removed, will adjust accordingly.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
