A referred member is someone who has been introduced to your club by an existing client, providing you with insights into the success of your referral programs. The Referred Members report captures essential details, such as client and member information, referral dates, membership types, and more.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
The Referred Members report can be found by navigating to Reports > Members > Referred Members.
Location Name: Club the client was referred at.
Store ID: Clubs ClubReady ID.
User ID: Clients ClubReady ID.
Lead Source: The referral type assigned to the referred member at the time their profile was created in ClubReady.
Lead Type: The lead type assigned to the referred member at the time their profile was created in ClubReady.
Referred Member: The member who was referred.
Date Added: The date this client was added into ClubReady.
Membership Date: Referred members first sold agreement date.
Membership Type: Referred members classification
Referrer User ID: Client who referred ClubReady ID.
Referrer Name: Client who made the referrals name.
Referrer Location Name: Location of the client who made the referral.
Referrer Store ID: Store Id of the client who made the referral.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access report (must be enabled to access any report)
- Reporting: Can access clients: referred members
