This article will guide you through running the Bookings Attendance Report. This report will show you bookings attendance records.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members/Customers > Bookings Attendance.
Using filters will allow you to further customize the results of this report by Gender, Age Range, Day of Week, or Membership/Customer Type. After the report's date range and criteria has been selected, choose Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The information in this report is for bookings which were attended by a client. Data given in will include the Location Name, Last Name, First Name, UserID, as well as the Class/Service Name, Location Type. Booking Made Date, Booking Date, Booking Time, Trainer, Booked By,and the Address, Email and Phone of the customer, this is followed up with any Custom Categories as well.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting: Can access report: bookings export (attendance)
