How to Add a Referring Member
Option 1 — Through the Add New Prospect Form: A referring member can be captured at the time a new prospect is added to ClubReady.
Navigate to Prospects > Add A New Prospect. The form can be customized to include the Referred by Member field. Type at least 3 characters to search for the referring member's name. The referring member must already exist in ClubReady.

Option 2 — Through the Client Profile: If the referring member's name was not captured when the prospect was added, it can be updated directly on the client's profile at any time.
Look up the referred member and navigate to All Detail > General > Edit Profile. Use the Referred by Member field to search for the name of the referring member. They must already be entered in ClubReady.

Referral Reports
Report 1 — Referred Members (General): Navigate to Reports > Members > Referred Members. This report provides a general overview and lists members by name, date, and membership type, along with the name of the referring member.

Report 2 — Referred Members (By Specific Member): Look up the desired member and navigate to All Detail > General > Referred Members. Select a date range to view all members referred during that period, then click Run Report. The report will download as an Excel file and will include the following information:
- User ID and name of the referred member
- Date the referred member was added to ClubReady
- Membership start date
- Membership type
- User ID and name of the referring member

Report 3 — Cancelled Agreements Log: The Cancelled Agreements Log export includes a Referred By column, allowing you to track referrals among cancelled members. To run this report, navigate to Reports > Sales > Agreements Log > Cancelled > Generate Cancelled Agreements Report > Export.
