- Internal prospect types are available to Membership Clubs only and will not display under the Prospects tab. They are only available under the Members/Customers tab.
How to Assign an Internal Prospect Type
1. Assign the Internal Prospect Type Navigate to the Members/Customers tab, search for and select the desired client. Click the edit pencil icon next to No Internal Prospect Type Assigned. A dropdown will appear displaying all available internal prospect types for members and customers. Select the desired type and confirm that it is now displayed correctly on the client's profile.
2. Filter Members by Internal Prospect Type Once internal prospect types have been assigned, you can use them to filter your member list. Click the filters button under the search tab and select the desired internal prospect type from the All Prospect Types dropdown. The list will update to display only the members and customers associated with that internal prospect type.

Q: Why is the Internal Prospect Type option not appearing on a client's profile?
A: Internal prospect types are only available under the Members/Customers tab and will not display for prospects. If you are viewing a prospect's profile, switch to the Members/Customers tab to locate the client and assign the internal prospect type from there.
Q: Can a member have more than one internal prospect type assigned at a time?
A: Only one internal prospect type can be assigned to a member at a time. To change it, click the edit pencil next to the currently assigned type and select a new one from the dropdown.
