The Check-In Export report is located under your Reports tab and under the Members section.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV(comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
- Reasons a check-in is classified as 'Denied:' (learn more about it here)
- The client (or their Responsible Member) has past due invoice(s).
- The client's (or their Responsible Member) 'Membership Expiration Date' is current.
- The 'Cross Club Check-in' settings is not enabled for the location.
- The client has checked-in outside of allowed times.
- Rapid keycard swiping: If the client swiped the card twice it counts the second as denied because one can only check-in through the Desktop Application once per minute.
- Lead Type settings does now 'Allow club check-in.'
Report Filters
Select Custom Text Field to Include: The dropdown will list your members 'Custom Text Fields.'
Show All Members: Option to 'Show All Members' or 'Only show members with customer text field defined' (you will define type with the 'Select Custom Text Field').
Exclude Inactive Members: Opportunity to include your inactive members.
Show Next Membership Payment:
Include Cross-Club Check-ins: Opportunity to include customers from other clubs within your brand's organization.
UserID (optional): Opportunity to enter in a client's numeric user ID, this will limit the report's results to only the specific user. If no value is entered, then no filter will be applied and all applicable clients will returned on the report.
Excel Export Only: Opportunity to have your report results directly drop in Excel file vs. displaying results within ClubReady.
Detail Tab
Club State: The club's state initials.
Checkin Date: Date of visit. If you are generating this report for a length of time, a client may have multiple checkins.
Checkin Time: Time of visit.
ClubReady Member ID: Client's member ID number.
Denied Checkin: If the client's check-in was denied you will see 'Denied.'
External Member ID: Client's external member ID number.
Member Name: Client's full name.
Member First Name: Client's first name.
Member Last Name: Client's last name.
Barcode: Client's barcode number.
Membership Type: Description of member type.
Prospect Type: Internal membership type assigned.
DOB: Client's date of birth.
Summary Tab
Client Checkins: Client name and customer ID.
Membership Type: Description of member type.
Joined: The client's 'Members Since Date.'
Total: Total completed check-ins (will not include 'Denied') visits.
Requirements: A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting - Can access reports
- Reporting - Can access check in export
