This article will guide you through generating and understanding the Cancellation Reasons report. This report will display the Cancellation Reasons applied to all agreements cancelled within a specified date range.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members > Cancellation Reasons.
From here, specify the date range you are wanting to run using the Calendar filters or the Preset Date Ranges located to the right of the calendars. Additionally, there will be an All Agreement Type drop down menu, that will allow you to filter specifically to Membership Agreements, Membership Add On Agreements or Services Agreements.
To generate the report, click Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
After clicking Run Report, the web page report will display. Within this report, you will be given the Club Location that the cancellations took place, a list of the Cancellation Reasons that were selected, the Year Total and the Grand Total. Depending on the date range selected, you may want to break down the Year Totals into further detail. To accomplish this, click the "+" symbol next to the year.
Once clicked, the report will expand, populating data for each month that was included within the date range selected.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
