This article is an overview of the Account Balances Report. This report will show the account balance that is currently on Member's profiles.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members > Account Balances.
To generate your Account Balances Report, set the filters how you would like the report to populate and click Run Report.
This report will include the following filters:
Only Active Members - Check the box if you only want to include Active Members
Exclude $0 Account Balances / Only Show Balances > or < $0 / All Account
Balances dropdown - option to filter out different balance amounts.
2. Understanding Your Report
Once generated, your web page report will populate with profiles that fit the filters you have set.
User ID - client's user ID
First Name / Last Name - client's first and last name
Account Balances - amount of the credit on account balance, if the profile owes money to the club, the amount will appear in red.
Phone - client's phone number
Cell Phone - client's cell phone number
Email - client's email address
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting - Can access reports
- Reporting - Can access Members: Account Balances
