This article will guide you through understanding how Agreement PDFs work in ClubReady.
1. Agreement PDF Setting
Navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > New Agreements.
Search for the setting Attach Agreement PDF to New Agreement Emails. Click on the Yes/No options to adjust the setting. Yes means the agreement pdf will be attached to the system email the member receives when signing a new agreement.
2. Locate PDF in User Profile
Search and locate the user > Agreements. You will see a pdf icon next to the agreement details.
The pdf can also be located when selecting Full Details next to the agreement details (under the Agreement Summary tab).
3. Sending Agreement PDF
The system will automatically send the file once an agreement has been finalized. If needed to send afterwards, you are able to download the document > save to your computer > send via your email.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access sales general settings
