This article will walk you through the recommended steps when your Honeywell Genesis Scanner is beeping but not scanning your clients during check in.
1. Confirm you are able to see the ClubReady icon on your computer:
2. If you do, click on it and click Open. This will take you to a login screen for you to enter your ClubReady login credentials.
If it says "Already running" or if the icon is not there, navigate to the search of the computer and search for ClubReady Desktop App:
3. Once selected, it will take you to the login page. If it still says it's "Already Running", you will need to re-start the computer. After restarting, you will go back to searching for the ClubReady Desktop App on the computer and after clicking on it it should take you to that login page.
