This article will guide you through best practices on how to manage and track Intro Offers in ClubReady.
1. Create a Session Credit (Service or Class): Create a session credit for your Intro Offer if you wish to have your lead be able to book and staff be able to view it on the schedule.
- If creating an Intro offer as a one-on-one service, navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Services. Name your service as "Intro Offer" and make sure to have the following settings:
- Service Is A Sales Consult - It allows you to track consultations (intro offers) effectively.
- Must Have Session Credits To Book - This ensures only leads with the session credit can book.
- If creating an Intro Offer as a group class, navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Classes/Group. Name your class as "Intro Offer" and make sure to have the following settings:
- Class Is A Sales Consultation - It allows you to track consultations (intro offers) effectively.
- Ad-Hoc Class? - This will allow for you to view bookings made from your Lead Management Dashboard.
2. Create a Sales Package: Setting an Intro Offer as a sales package allows you to give it a value (if needed) and track who has made this purchase.
- Navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Package. Create a new sales package with the name "Intro Offer". Once added and you enter your settings, select the Eligibility tab to define the following:
- Must Be A Non Member - Set toggle to Yes
- Can Purchase Limited Times - Set to 1
Sales Packages, including your Intro Offers, can be available for online sales on your website or mobile app. Enable a Sales Package for Online Sales
3. Create a Lead Type: You can classify your leads so you can track and manage them more effectively. In this case, you can create Intro Offer as a lead type to easily locate them through our reports and also be able to automatically assign them with an Intro Offer package (free package).
- Navigate to Setup > Leads > Lead Types. Name your lead type as "Intro Offer" and select your previously created sales package for Issue a free package.
4. Add to Point of Sale: You can include your Intro Offer package as a POS shortcut for staff to easily select when making a sale. Add a Sales Package to the Point of Sale

Below is a list of ClubReady reports we suggest to keep track of your Intro Offers.
- Lead Conversions - This report will allow you to know your conversation percentage based on your Intro Offer lead type.
- Sales Process - Keep track of how many leads book a consult (Intro Offer) and the conversion percentage based on your staff members.
- Waiver Conversions - If you require leads to sign a waiver, this report will track how many leads filled out a form and the conversion percentage.
- First Visit - Keep track of leads who have booked an Intro Offer and what is the conversation percentage.
- Campaign ROI - Review your return on investment based on marketing campaigns that might have provided leads with an Intro Offer.
