This article will guide you through understanding the icons available when using the Lookup under the Members/Customers tab. When searching for a customer, you will notice there could be an icon next to their name. Below is an example image of the icon and their meaning.
Customer has an Active status.
Customer has Active Services (open booking/session credits available).
Customer is in Third Party Status.
Customer has a Frozen agreement.
Customer has a Past Due balance.
Customer has an Alert on their account.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Prospect Management - Can access prospects lookup
- Customer Management : General - Can access client options
