This article and video will guide you through navigating a client's All Detail page. This page provides access to many options when working with prospects, customers and members in regards to Billing, Bookings, General, Check-In, Wellness and Tasks.
All Detail Page Overview
Search and find their name and click on the All Detail icon.
On the left side of the All Detail page you will see client information, status, recent logins, alerts or session credit notes, membership expiration/type, login info, address, emergency contact info, and physician info. On the right are a series of tabs.
Billing Tab
Invoices/Payments/Refunds/Transaction Ledger - View entire billing history.
Agreements - View all agreements including current, expired, or cancelled.
Associated Members - Add or remove associated members.
Member Notes - View and enter client notes.
Select In Point Of Sale - Choose this client in the point of sale.
Write Up A New Agreement - Sell this client a new sales package.
Payment Details On File - Enter or edit billing information to use for the automatic draft, in-club purchases, or link to another client's billing information.
Bookings Tab
Bookings & Session Credit Status - View and make adjustments to session credits and bookings.
Session Credit Sharing - Share this client's credits with another person.
Make Multiple Bookings - Schedule many service or class appointments at once.
Assign A Primary Trainer - Assign this client to a primary trainer and view trainer history.
Schedule Sharing Visibility - Allow this client to share their bookings schedule with another person.
General Tab
Access Their Login Area - This brings you to their Wellness Portal where you can view information and make changes on their behalf.
Edit Their Profile - Update personal or membership information.
Edit Membership / Customer Status - Change their member since date, expiration date, customer status, internal prospect type, or reclassify them back to a prospect.
Member Notes - View and enter member notes.
Alerts - Enter an alert which will show upon check-in and in the client summary page.
Amenities - View or change club amenities.
Choose From Available Presentations - Show the client a presentation.
Update Photo ID - Upload or take an ID photo.
Send A Text Message - Send an SMS text message to their cell phone.
Upload Files - Upload a file to be saved in their account.
Email Their Login & Reset Password - Send an email containing a link to the Wellness Portal and an option to reset their password.
Email Them Their Communication Preferences Update - Send an email which contains a link to opt in/out of emails and texts.
Referred Members - View their referred members.
Merge Another User with This User - Combine duplicate accounts.
Delete This User From The System - Remove any record of this client from the ClubReady system.
Check-In Tab
View Check In History - Search and display checkin history.
Check In Kiosk Pincode Setup - Assign a 4 digit pincode.
Check In Kiosk Barcode Setup - Assign a barcode.
Door Access - Provide door access.
Wellness Tab
Health History - Enter in health history information.
Personal Goals / Wish List - Update their personal goals and wish lists.
Fitness Targets - Create or update personal fitness targets such as areas of interest, target weight, measurements, and more.
Events - Create or view important events with a countdown.
Add / View A New Fitness Evaluation - Enter in a fitness evaluation such as BMI, measurements, 1RM, Flexibility tests, and more.
Add A To Do - Add an items to this client's to do list. They can view this task on their Wellness Portal.
Progress Reports - Run reports of targets, custom goals, and fitness evaluation progress.
Nutritional Targets, Logs, Charts - Set dietary goals, view and update food logs, and view charts.
Activity Logs - View the client's activities and calories burned.
View / Upload Progress Photos - Upload and view client progress photos.
Tasks Tab
This tab allows you to add a manual task for this client and view pending and completed tasks also.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Member Management : General - Can access client options
