This article will walk you through the different ways to know if a lead or member has given proof of vaccination in regards to local/state guidelines.
1. Create Custom Categories
You can add a custom category to their customer profile page. This will allow you to filter when locating clients under the Prospect and/or Member tabs.
The studio could set it to be "No" by default and then change it to "Yes" once the vaccination shot is proven. Click the edit pencil to make the adjustments.
2. Create Form/Sales Presentation
This option will provide a visual alert on the roster and make it required for all prospects and members.
This will alert you on the account and Bookings tab that a waiver is needed but in this case, waiver is acknowledgment that a vaccine shot was proven.

Yellow ring around the client name means they are missing a required waiver.
Click on their name and hover over the X to view additional details.
