How to View Required Waivers
Required waivers can be accessed from four locations in ClubReady:
Option 1 — Client Forms Tab: Navigate to Prospects or Members, search for and select the desired client. Click the Forms tab above the client's name.

This tab displays all waivers set as required by the studio. The status of each waiver is indicated as follows:
- Red X — The waiver has not yet been completed by the client.
- Green Check Mark — The waiver has been completed, along with the date it was signed.
If a waiver is tied to a presentation, a hyperlink will be available for staff to open the waiver directly for the client to sign.
Option 2 — Client Profile: Hover over the red X next to the client's name on their profile. A waiver list will appear with an indicator showing whether each required waiver has been signed.

Option 3 — All Detail Page: Navigate to the client's profile and click the ALL DETAIL icon. Go to General > Forms to view the required waivers and their completion status.

Option 4 — Schedule View: Navigate to Bookings > List to view all scheduled bookings for the day. In the list of clients booked at your club:
- A No Waiver on File tag will appear next to clients with service bookings who have not completed their waiver.
- A pencil icon will appear next to clients booked for a class who have a waiver outstanding.
