This article will guide you through the steps on how to locate required waivers on a Prospect or Member's account.
1. Access Client Files (Option A)
Navigate to Prospects / Members > lookup user > click on their name. Select the Forms tab above their name.
This list will display all waivers set as "required" by the studio.
Red X will indicate the waiver has not yet been completed by the user.
Green Check Mark will indicate the waiver has been completed. This will show the date it was signed.
If the waiver is tied to a presentation, click on the available hyperlink for staff to open the waiver for the user to sign.
2. From Client Profile (Option B)
Hover over the red X next to the user's name and a waiver list and an indicator will display whether or not the waiver has been signed.
3. From All Detail Icon
Locate the user profile > ALL DETAIL > General > Forms.
4. From Schedule View (Option D)
Navigate to Bookings > Day List > click on the user's icon. Hover over the red X to view the required waivers.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Prospect Management - Can access prospects
- Member Management: General - Can access member options
