This article will walk you through the steps on how to send a waiver to a lead and/or member.
Please Note:
- When you input the link, make sure that you choose to insert a link. That should prevent any errors from occurring.
- Make sure you are sending the link from Setup > Leads > Presentations. If you send the link under the client’s Presents tab, you can ONLY send that link to that member.
- Links are account specific and if you take a link from one client’s account and send it to a different client, the first client’s information will be changed to the second client’s information. Causing their accounts to “merge”.
1. Locate Presentation URL: Navigate to Setup > Leads > Presentations. Click the Presentation name and copy the Online URL.
2. Send SMS with URL: After having copied the URL, navigate to the users' account > WORK IT.
Select Send an SMS > paste the URL > click send.
You can also choose to send as a SMS Blast when navigating to Prospects or Members > Text (SMS).
3. Send Email with URL: After having copied the URL, navigate to the users' account > WORK IT.
Select Send an Email > paste the URL > click send.
You can also choose to send as a SMS Blast when navigating to Prospects or Members > Email.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access presentations setup
- Prospect Management - Can access prospects
- Member Management : General - Can access member options
