This article will guide you through making services available for Paid In Full (PIF) Agreements.
NOTE:
In order to sell custom PIF agreements, you will need to enable it as an option. Review Settings for Custom PIF to learn more.
Once setup, you will want to proceed to create the service and/or class that will be available to be sold for Custom PIF. Follow the steps below.
1. Access Class Settings
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Services.
Click on the pencil icon to edit an existing service.
2. Enable Custom PIF Purchases
Clicking the edit pencil will take you to the service settings tab by default. Click on the Session Lengths tab.
If you are creating a new session length select Yes for Available For Custom PIF Purchases. You will then be prompted for a min/max price. If you wish to enable this for an existing session click the pencil icon next to the desired session type.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access services setup
