1. Can a service Paid in Full agreement be set to auto-renew?
Yes, it can auto-renew if the sales package is set to auto-renew. It can auto-renew to another Paid in Full package or another sales package that bills a different duration.
2. Only a handful of services are showing to have a Paid in Full option when client attempts to purchase. How can I fix this?
Each service package must be setup correctly to offer the Paid in Full option. Setup > Scheduling > Services > Edit pencil (showing next to each service) > Session Lengths > "Available For Custom PIF Purchases?" must be set to Yes.
