This article will guide you through the recommended steps to sell an agreement for a staff member in your studio.
1. Create Prospect Profile
ClubReady does not have the functionality to write an agreement for a staff profile. The studio will need to add them as a prospect.
Navigate to Prospect > Add New Prospect.
Any fields with the REQ icon will have to be completed to save your prospect (staff in this case).
2. Sell the Agreement
You can now proceed to sell your employee the agreement as you would with any other prospect/member.
Navigate to Main > New Agreement. Search and select the prospect account (your staff member).

HELPFUL TIPS:
- Reach out to your brand to confirm if these are the right steps for your studio.
- Create a Sales Package folder unique to memberships to be sold for your employees. This may avoid confusion.
- If staff are being provided with a sales package link, they will need to avoid using their staff username/user ID and password. This will cause for the agreement to not display correctly in the right account.
