This article will cover the setup options found under your Key Settings setup page.
Navigate to Setup > General > General Settings > Key Settings.
At the top of this page you will see your Club Type, followed by your key settings.
Your Club Name - Name of your club.
Additional Club Name - Any additional club name.
IRS Legal Name - IRS legal name, if any.
Tax ID Number - Enter in the club tax ID number.
Government Registration ID - The club government issued registration ID.
Club Main Phone Number - The club phone number.
Club Address - Club address.
Club City - Club city.
Club State / Province - Club State or Province.
Club ZIP / Postal Code - Club zip code or postal code.
Club Country - Country the club is located in.
Club Time Zone - Set the club time zone.
Time Window for Ignoring Duplicate Checkins - Checkins recorded within the time window typed will count as 1 checkin.
Corporate (legal entity) Address Same As Club - Is the corporate address the same as the club, Yes or No.
Corporate (legal entity) City - Corporate city.
Corporate (legal entity) State / Province - Corporate State or Province.
Corporate (legal entity) Country - Corporate country.
Your Week Starts On - Set the day of the week your club week starts on, Sunday or Monday.
Site Standard Login URL - Set the website text that you want your staff and customers to go to when logging into ClubReady.
Redirect Standard Login Page To - this option can be used to direct your staff or member to a custom login page.
Optional - Logout Goes To A URL - When logging out of ClubReady, this is the website to go to.
Automatically Update Customer Status (PT Studios Only) - Yes or No - Do you want ClubReady to automatically update your customers between Active and Inactive based on them having unused credits, open bookings, or future payments. This would occur once per early morning. Prospects always turn into an active customer after a purchase regardless of this setting. If this is turned to No then you will have to manually update customers active/inactive status.
Automatically Normalize Name Format - This setting determines how your customer names will appear. You can keep them the way they were entered, capitalize the first letter, convert their name to all lowercase, or all uppercase.
Include Club In API web service list - If part of a corporate chain, setting this to Yes it will include this club in the API available at the Corporate level.
Club Standard Reporting Period - Set the reporting period to either 1 Month or 2 Weeks.
Store Opening Date - Set the day, month, and year of the Club open date.
Club Refund Procedure - Set your standard club refund procedure as required by some states.
When you are done making changes, click on the button Click To Update These Settings.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.

- Club Setup - Can access general settings
