This article will guide you through changing your web address for your site.
NOTES:
- We recommend you communicate this change with clients and staff prior to making the change to prevent any confusion or frustration.
- If you have a corporate chain we also recommend you use that url rather than the ones for the local site. If you need to know your chain web address contact ClubReady support.
Navigate to Setup > General > General Settings.
Under the Key Settings tab scroll down to find Site Standard Login URL as well as Redirect Standard Login Page To.
Site Standard Login URL - Enter the new desired URL that your customers and staff will use to log into the customer wellness portal or the ClubReady system for your club. Confirm you get the notification "That name is ok" to make sure your name does not conflict with another client.
Redirect Standard Login Page To - You may choose to redirect a customer to this URL. This is most commonly used for chain clubs. Their standard login page will be location specific however the redirect will take the customer or staff person to a corporate login page. That login page is typically well branded and can be used for any location within the chain.
Testing Your New Site URL
After you save the change the web address to your site you can test the link by opening up a new browser window and entering the URL into the browser. Use your existing username and password and click the Login button. This should allow you to access your site just as you did before.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access general settings
