This article will guide you through the steps on understanding why a client is not receiving text messages from ClubReady.
1. Check their Work It history: If the text is in the Work It thread, it is the client's cell phone carrier that is stopping the message from coming through.
2. User has unsubscribed: If the client previously opted out of messages, they will no longer receive SMS from ClubReady. You can choose to send them a Communications Preference email to have them opt in again.
3. SMS Credits: In order to send SMS Text Messages within ClubReady, your current credit balance must have a value above $0.00, as each SMS will cost 2 cents. To view your current available balance, navigate to Setup > ClubReady Invoices > Add Credit.
