This article will provide you an explanation of the options available when filtering your prospects and members list.
Access Filters
Under Prospect or Member/Customer Lookup, click on the 3 bars icon located above the search box. This will open a window with a list of filter options to the left. You can narrow down your prospect and member/customer list by selecting the desired criteria from your filter options. The more filters you apply, the more refined your list will be.
Prospects Filters Overview
Lead Assigned To - Select the staff member assigned to this prospect. To learn more on how to automatically assigned leads to staff types, click here.
Lead Added - Choose a date range the lead was added to the system.
All Lead Types - Select by lead type assigned to the prospect. To learn more on how to create a lead type, click here.
All Contact Types - Choose to narrow your search by how the prospect contacted the club: Only Telephone Inquiry, Only Guest (Walk In), Only Web / Email or Only Guerrilla Marketing.
All Genders - Select by gender: Male, Female or Gender Unknown.
"Custom Category" - If the club created a custom category, a drop down will appear to allow you to filter by the options created for that category. To learn more on how to create a custom category, click here.
Last Action on Lead - Choose based on date range if any action was made to the prospect's profile (A contact logged in Work It)
Last Change to Lead Type - Choose based on date range if changes that have been made to the lead type on the prospect's account. To learn more on how to manually change a lead type, click here.
Lead Has Amenity - Choose by the amenity that has been assigned to the prospect. To learn more on how to setup amenities, click here.
No Misc. Filter - Select from the drop down if the prospect: Has never logged in, No email on file, Not called past 48 hrs, Not called for a week, Email Opt-Out, SMS Opt-Out, SMS Opt-In, Frozen or Has No Open Tasks.
All Referral Types - Select based on How They Heard About The Club? To learn more on how to setup a referral type, click here.
Any Guest Pass Type - Choose by a specific Guest Pass Type assigned to the prospect. To learn more on how to create a Guest Pass Type, click here.
Any Guest Pass Status - Select between: No Guest Pass, Issued (Not Yet Active), Active or Expired.
Members Filters Overview
All - Select this option to view a list of all active and inactive members.
Only Active Members - Filter your list to only show members who have an active status (membership expiration date set in the future). To learn more on how to edit membership status, click here.
Only Inactive Members - Filter to view only members who have an inactive status (membership expiration date set in the past).
Buying Services - This filter is used to view all members (active or inactive) that have one of the following conditions: unused paid credits that are not consults, open non-consult booking or service package payment coming up.
Not Buying Services - Is selected this will show a list of members currently not buying services (invoice or agreement).
Has An Alert - Choose if you want to see all members who have an alert added to their account. To learn more on how to add an alert to a member's account, click here.
Is Associated Member - Select to filter by associated member, which is the client that is linked to the primary client and does not need a card or agreement on file. To learn more on how to associate members, click here.
Is Responsible Member - Select to filter by responsible member, which is the member who places their card on file for other members to use. To learn more on how to set billing to a responsible member, click here.
No Misc Filters - Select from the drop down if the member: Card Expires Next 30 Days, Card Has Expired, No Pay Details On File, Has Past Due Amounts, No email on file, No Visit Past 30 Days, Visited Past 30 Days, In 3rd Party Status, Only Cancelled Agreement, No Agreement, No Membership Agreement, Agreement Future Payments, Never Logged In, In Collections, Added Past 7 Days, Memb. Expires Next 15 Days, Memb. Expires Next 30 Days, Email Opt-Out, SMS Opt-In, SMS Opt-Out, Frozen or Has No Open Tasks.
All Membership Types - Select by membership type assigned to the member. To learn more on how to create a membership type, click here.
All Primary Trainers - Select the primary trainer assigned to the member. To learn more on how to assign a primary trainer, click here.
All Staff for Retention - Choose to view by staff who has been assigned to a member for retention.
All Genders - Select by gender: Male, Female or Gender Unknown.
All Ages - Choose from the drop down to narrow the list based on age range.
Member Has Amenity - Choose by the amenity that has been assigned to the member. To learn more on how to setup amenities, click here.

All Lead Types - Select by internal lead type assigned to the member. To learn more on how to create an internal lead type to classify members and use for automation rules, click here.

Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
